1. WHAT DINGER NATION IS
Dinger Nation is a sports data and entertainment subscription service. We provide historical MLB home run parlay statistics, analytics tools, and informational content to sports fans.
We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept bets or wagers. We do not guarantee any financial outcome. All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years or older (21+ where required by local law) to use this service. By accessing Dinger Nation, you confirm that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for ensuring that use of this service complies with all laws applicable in your location. Dinger Nation is not responsible for violations of local gambling or sports betting laws.
3. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING
- Free Tier: Access to 2026 season data at no charge, forever.
- Founder Member ($2.99/mo): Price locked for the first 1,000 members. Full access to 2019–2025 historical data and premium features. Your rate never increases.
- Standard Premium ($4.99/mo): Full access after the 1,000 founder spots are filled.
All billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe billing portal. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@thedingernation.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case promptly.
5. DATA ACCURACY
All historical home run data is sourced from publicly available MLB statistics. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data is error-free.
Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as a guarantee, prediction, or recommendation to place any specific bet.
6. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dinger Nation LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from use of this site or its data. You use this service at your own risk.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
